Thank you for supporting Faithful Cookies! 📍 Pickup: Saturdays from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive the pickup address and any additional instructions. Please arrive during your selected pickup window. If you’re running late or need to reschedule, send me a message as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Payment is accepted through Venmo unless otherwise arranged. Thank you for supporting my small business—it truly means so much!

Refund & Cancellation Policy Because all Faithful Cookies orders are freshly made and prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are final once baking or preparation has begun. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 5 days before your scheduled pickup date may receive a full refund or store credit. Cancellations made 2–4 days before pickup are eligible for store credit toward a future Faithful Cookies order. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Missed Pickups: Orders that are not picked up during the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. If an unexpected situation comes up, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to work with you. Order Issues: If I make an error with your order or there is a quality issue, please contact me within 24 hours of pickup so I can make it right.
