1. How do I place an order?
• Tap the "Place Order" and follow the prompts.
• Your order is officially confirmed once payment is received.

• Cash
• Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash App (include your name and order details in the notes)

3. Can I track my delivery?
• Yes! Once I complete the stop before yours, you will get a link to view my live location so you can track me on the way.

4. What if I can't be home for delivery?
• I can leave your order at a location you request.
• You must notify me ahead of time if you want your order left unattended.

5. What if I miss the delivery or pickup?
• Please be outside and ready when I am 2 minutes away.
• For pickups, please arrive on time or notify me if you are running late.
• No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries or pickups.

6. Can I cancel my order?
• All orders are made to order.
• No refunds will be given for:
• Change of mind
• Missed delivery or pickup
• Orders left at a location by request
• Late arrivals or delays caused by the customer
Refunds will only be considered if the mistake was 100% made by me (wrong order or missing item).

• You must let me know before delivery if you need change.
• Have cash ready to avoid delays.

8. Can I contact you while you're delivering?
• Yes, you can text me if needed.
• Please do not repeatedly call or spam messages while I'm en route - I'll keep you updated and provide a live location link so you can track me.

9. How do pickups work?
• Provide a pickup time when placing your order.
• You'll be notified when your order is ready.
• Text me 5 minutes before arrival so your order can be packaged and ready on time.
