About
Hey my name is Erminia! My love for baking started at a very early age. You can say it all started with my mom and my Easy Bake oven.
Growing up I began baking with my mom. I remember at Christmas time she would make so many different kinds of desserts. I loved helping her! I especially loved being the taste tester. It’s the most important roll!
I also remember as a child playing with my Easy Bake oven and thinking I was a professional baker. Lol. Id make my mom eat those questionable treats with me.
I have enjoyed baking with my own children and creating their birthday cakes. This passion has led me to, Erminia's Buttercream Dreams. I’m located in Cosby, TN. I specialize in baking cupcakes and cookies from my home kitchen. Each item is made from scratch and sprinkled with love

50% deposit due within 24 hours after invoice has been sent.
Final payment is due 2 days before scheduled pick up.
