Erica’s Cakes truly made my daughter’s Sweet 16 extra special! She was recommended on Nextdoor, and now I see why. Her communication was professional, warm, and incredibly easy. The cake design was stunning, and the vanilla with raspberry filling was a huge hit with everyone. Pickup was quick and effortless. We were beyond satisfied — highly recommend!

Her booking site was super easy and I absolutely loved that the options you chose are the options she delivered no details missed, the additional details given after booking were so reassuring to me she’s a live person and I made the right choice. the pick up and payments reminders also helped me feel secure about my choice!! The cake she made was for a family member diagnosed with endometriosis and PCOS told she could never have children and was expecting her first baby!! sharing this story with Miss erica was no mistake because she put every ounce of love into this cake. It had mommy to be very happy and the entire guest for the shower asking for more! we have now locked ms. Erica in and she will be our go to person for cakes in the near future for sure!!Thank you

I came across Erica’s page when I was in urgent need of a last-minute two-tier cake. One glance at her work and I was sold! Her communication was top-notch, and she brought my vision to life surpassing all expectations. To top it off, I was lucky enough to book during one of her specials and received a dozen cupcakes as well. Taste test? Absolutely amazing! The marble and almond cakes were nothing short of phenomenal. She also provided clear instructions on storage, which was incredibly helpful. It’s now been two weeks since the birthday, and the cake is still fresh and just as delicious. Erica’s talent is undeniable truly gifted hands. I can’t wait to book with her for all future events!

Erica is incredibly helpful and she took her time to understand what I wanted to bring my vision to life. My wedding cakes were extremely moist, favor wasn't too sweet and every bite just melted in your mouth. The entire process from consultation to delivery was nothing short of amazing. Also, the cake stay fresh for a very long time if you store it properly in a cake container. We were literally still eating on FRESH cake a month later.
