I can quote you on a cake once I know your desired decor, size, and flavor. Because I offer an entirely custom service, I do not have a set design/flavor menu. I just try to create whatever you’re envisioning! I don’t like to guess on anything so if you can send inspo photos or be very specific on your desired look, that would help greatly!
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, on cupcakes! 1st dozen - regular price, 2nd dzn - 5% off, 3rd dzn - 10% off, and so on! Discount caps at 5dzn.
Can I pick up instead of delivery?
Unfortunately, I have had to stop with pick up. As of this moment, Envy is a dessert delivery service only. Thank you for understanding!
Why do you only deliver to the park resorts on weekends?
I am about 45 min away from the parks (that’s with no traffic). For this reason, I’ve allotted weekends, if available, for Disney/Universal deliveries.
I don’t know what I want for a cake/cupcake design, can you just make me anything?
I truly appreciate creative flexibility, however, so that there are zero surprises and so that you and I are both in the same page, I prefer to have a solid idea as to the direction I’m going in with your cake/cupcakes. Also, I’m unable to quote you properly if I don’t know exactly what I’m creating. I do all custom work, so you’re the boss on every detail! Be as picky and specific as you can!
Once I place an order request, does that mean the order is accepted and you are going to make my cake/cupcakes?
No, your order is not considered finalized until I have accepted and responded with an official quote, and then you have sent payment. Simply placing an order request does not mean that you are on my books.
