Orders can be placed by messaging us on Instagram @EncoreSweets, through our order inquiry form, or by contacting us directly. Please include your desired items, quantity, event date, and theme (if custom).
How far in advance should I order ?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for most orders. For large or custom designs (like decorated cookies or themed cakes), 1–2 weeks’ notice is preferred to ensure availability. Cupcakes and cookies are always available, just checkout !
Do you deliver ?
At this time, we offer pickup only, per Alabama Cottage Food Law. Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Do I need to pay a deposit ?
Yes. Custom orders require a deposit to secure your date. No work will begin until payment is received. Final balances (if any) are due before pickup.
Can I customize my order ?
Absolutely! We offer custom colors, designs, themes, edible images, and toppers. Customization fees may apply based on the level of detail.
Are your treats allergy friendly ?
All items are made in a home kitchen that may contain wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We are not an allergen-free bakery, so cross-contamination is possible.
Do you offer tastings ?
Tastings are not currently available for small orders. For large events or specialty cakes, contact us to discuss tasting options.

Do you ship ?
No—due to Alabama’s Cottage Food Law, we cannot ship baked goods at this time. All items are local pickup only.
