Hi there! My name is Jacky. I love making sourdough and want to make it available for everyone at an affordable price. I operate as a cottage bakery here in Melbourne, Florida, and uphold myself to the highest standards. I hope you love the bread as much as I love making it! Hi everyone! I get a lot of message and inquires regarding ordering/pickup/delivery. So I’m writing this in order to help simplify and answer any questions!
- I run a cottage bakery out of my home, under the FL cottage food laws. I specialize in sourdough loaves and my website is always up to date on what I’m selling 🩷
- Bread is not consistently made every day. It is made to order and baked fresh the same day. This is a hobby, and a way for me to share bread with my community! Orders must be placed at least two days in advance, since sourdough is a lengthy process 🩷
- Orders can be delivered and picked up. Delivery is a $5 fee for anywhere within 25 miles. When checking out, please make sure to add the “delivery fee” to your cart, along with your address in the notes. I cannot adjust the invoice once you send it. Pickup is no extra charge and is available after 5pm. If you pick up from our residence, your order will be waiting for you with your name on it on our porch 🩷
- If you’re trying to select a day for delivery/pickup and it is not allowing you to select the day, that’s because that day is blocked off. That’s usually a day I’m at my full time job and wouldn’t be able to successfully complete an order. I make sure to give myself time to get my customers amazing loaves, which is a two day process. I’m also in school and do take vacations every now and then. So hopefully you’re able to find a day that works for you 🩷
- I make different things for different markets, and even will feature some fun items! I will usually list what I’m bringing to the market so people can get excited! If these items are not on the website, they are not available for pickup or delivery, they will only be available at that specific market that day 🩷
- Orders can be paid through our website with Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay. Orders must be fully paid before starting the order 🩷
