Hi! My name is Elaney, though most people know me as Ellie — the owner and operator behind Ellie’s Baked Good. I specialize in baking all things sourdough, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients to nourish both my family and my community.

What began as a way to support my body during our fertility journey has grown into something much bigger — a passion for sharing wholesome, high-quality baked goods with others. Every item is made fresh to order, right from my home kitchen, following all safety precautions under the NC Cottage Bakery laws.
