Capabilities & Pricing
For all orders placed we require minimum 10 day notice, this allows us to source all supplies for the order. If we need more time to gather supplies for a specific order we will make you aware. We do recommend placing orders as soon as possible to ensure your date is available.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at booking. Deposits are due within 24 hours of order placed. Date requesting is confirmed once deposit is received. Remainder payment is due 7 days prior to event date.
All orders placed are priced accordingly depending on supplies and design.
To place an order please submit an inquiry or email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Please include all design details, themes, photos, flavors, fillings, amount of servings, date requesting. etc. The more info you provide allows us to provide a quote promptly and accurately.
Please note: We do not offer burn away cakes, cakes with baby’s breath, or fondant covered cakes.
Please note: We DO NOT offer gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, or nut-free options. Be advised that food prepared in our kitchen may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, and tree nuts. We also use food coloring in our products, including some dyes that may cause sensitivity in certain individuals. Please share this information with your guests as needed. Please communicate any allergens prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate.
Policies
Cake Care Instructions
Pickup and carry the cake box from the bottom only. Never from the top or sides. Keep cake level at all times during transport, storage and display. Place cake in an air conditioned vehicle. Drive slowly avoiding sudden stops and turns. Do not place seatbelt around the cake box. Store cake in the fridge. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat when not in fridge. Take cake out to display 30-45 min before serving and serve at room temperature. This will allow cutting the cake to be easier. Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Ordering & Payment Process
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a text message containing your invoice and instructions on how to make your deposit. The invoice will include your order details, payment due dates, and acceptable payment methods. Your order is not considered booked until the required deposit is received. Final payment must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Failure to make payments as outlined may result in cancellation of your order without refund of any deposits paid.
