Two or three tier chocolate chip cookie cakes are a fun addition to any celebration. Hand-painted Bottles of Bubbly
Hand-painted champagne bottles are the perfect addition to your wedding cake table or bridal shower. They are also a great gift for birthdays too! You supply the bottle of bubbly and we’ll supply the art. Each bottle sealed with a clear coat for added protection. Final price determined on design. Customer must provide the bottle of bubbly or spirit.

Eliza Bleu Cakes is a pre-booked bakery.
Hello, I’m Amanda. I've been baking since I was knee high to a grasshopper. My mother and grandmother introduced me to their love of baking and bringing joy to friends and family through food.
Creating one-of-a-kind cakes is my passion. Adding cake pops, cookies, petit fours and dipped pretzels to your dessert table will take your event to the next level. Also, hand-painted banners and bottles of bubbly are perfect for any celebration!

Capabilities & Pricing
The smallest individual cake is 6” round. Smash cakes are available with another cake order.
All cupcakes, cake pops, dipped pretzels & cookies are sold by the dozen per flavor. Only cakes & jumbo cupcakes can have a filling added.

Policies
Pick Up or Delivery
Eliza Bleu Cakes is a pre-order cottage bakery located in Hoover, Alabama.
All orders may be picked up at The Preserve neighborhood on Preserve PKWY, 35226 at agreed upon day and time or delivered with an additional fee. The fee is based on the proximity of your location from Eliza Bleu Cakes and our availability on the day of the celebration.
Policies
To hold a date all orders must be secured with a 50% retainer.
All orders must be paid in full 48 hours prior to pick up/delivery date.
