Mini Luxe Cake Bar is a fun and upscale dessert experience where guests build their own mini cakes by choosing from a variety of flavors, frostings, and toppings—like a cake version of a frozen yogurt bar !
How does the cake bar experience work?
Our Luxe team assembles each mini cake based on guest selections. Guests choose their flavor, frosting, and toppings—and we build it for them!
Is this a self-serve or staffed setup?
This is a fully-staffed experience. A Luxe team member will serve each guest to ensure everything is handled with care and style.
Do you require a retainer fee to reserve a date?
To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. Once the invoice is issued, it must be paid within 5 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your request will be canceled. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
What types of events do you cater to?
We serve birthdays, weddings, corporate events, showers, pop-ups, and more!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead to secure your date.

What is your cancellation policy?
Retainer fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
What if weather affects my outdoor event?
We recommend a backup indoor option. We’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust the setup if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, but we always aim to be flexible and fair. Let’s talk if something comes up.
Are there additional travel fees?
Yes, for events more than 45 miles away from our base, a mileage fee applies.
PRICES AND EXPERIENCES
What’s included in the base experience?
Our base experience includes 2.5 hours of service for up to 50 guests, setup, breakdown, cake, toppings, and 1–2 Luxe team members.
How do I add more cake, time, or extras?
Extras can be added when booking or up to 7 days before your event.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Discount codes will be shared out on your social media platforms! So be sure you follow us for more details. We also will have repeat client perks! More information will be shared out soon!
EVENT DAY SET UP
When do you arrive for setup?
We arrive 45 minutes before the event to set up and prepare your Luxe experience.
How long does clean-up take?
Breakdown takes about 30–45 minutes after service ends.
What are the space or power needs?
We need a flat and open space and access to one or two outlet for indoor events.
CUSTOMIZATION
What cake flavors and toppings do you offer?
Our standard bases are Vanilla, Chocolate, Funfetti and Marble.
We offer additional premium of mini cake flavors and seasonal toppings. Interested? Just ask!
Can I request custom flavors or themes?
Absolutely! Custom flavors and décor options are available for private events with advance notice.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?
We can do our best, please reach out if this is a need.
Can I choose the look or setup style?
Yes! We can match your event theme or colors. Custom styling may have an additional fee.
