At Elaine’s Sweet Bites & Bakes, all treats are made to order with care and attention to detail. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following: Cancellations • Custom orders must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the pickup/delivery date for a refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. This deposit is non-refundable. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the due date are non-refundable, as prep and materials are already underway. • Rush orders (placed with less than 7 days’ notice) must be paid in full, are final sale and not eligible for refund. A rush fee may be applied based on order complexity. • Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered forfeited and will not be refunded. Payments • Full balance is due 24 hours before the due date. Orders not paid in full by this time may be canceled. • Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Square. Delivery • Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Pearland, TX for a $20–$25 fee (based on distance). • For special event orders (e.g., weddings, sweet 16s) outside the 10- mile radius, delivery is available by exception for a $50 extended delivery fee. (Max distance 30- miles) • Delivery time slots will be coordinated in advance. Please be available, as re-delivery is not guaranteed.
