Edna Ruth’s Home Bakery

Edna Ruth’s is a home bakery rooted in generations of love, tradition and from scratch baking. Named after my “Super Grandmother” and her daughter Ruth, who was also my grandmother. This bakery is inspired by the women who first taught me the kitchen is where the love shows up most.

My earliest lessons happened in Edna’s kitchen learning how to make biscuits by hand in her well worn wooden bowl-the same one she used every day. Nothing was rushed, nothing was store bought and everything was made with pride, patience and care.

At Edna Ruth’s we carry that same philosophy. Our sourdough and baked goods are naturally leavened, slow fermented and made in small batches using simple honest ingredients. Every loaf is baked with intention and meant to be shared just like Edna and Ruth would have done.
