Pickup is at Lee Branch on Hwy 280 near the One Time Fitness center. Please be on time to pickup your order. To be respectful of your time I will always strive to be early. If you are running late please contact me as another pickup time may need to be arranged.

Cakes and cupcakes should be placed flat on the floorboard or in cargo area of an SUV. Placing cakes/cupcakes on the seat can cause the buttercream to shift. Do not leave cupcakes/cakes in a warm/hot car as this will cause the buttercream to melt.

Cakes/cupcakes should not be placed in direct sunlight. Of serving outside, cakes/cupcakes should be kept indoors, in a cool area prior to being served.

Delivery is only available for large event orders. A delivery charge will be determined based on distance.

Cupcakes should be kept in the refrigerator and taken out 2-3 hrs prior to serving so the buttercream can come to room temperature. Cupcakes should not be kept in the refrigerator for more than 24 hrs as this can dry out the cupcakes. If you are serving your cupcakes more than 24 hrs after pickup, you can freeze them to maintain freshness. Take them out of the freezer 3 hrs before serving to come to room temperature.

Cakes should kept in the refrigerator until 3-4 hrs before serving. Cakes should not be placed in the freezer. Wrap unused portions of cake in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator or freezer to enjoy later.
