Please be sure to read all FAQs prior to placing an order. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS Upon placing an order, an invoice will be sent and the 50% non-refundable retainer/deposit will be required to be paid within 48 hours of receiving it. Failing to do so will result in the order being canceled. All orders under $100 must be PAID IN FULL within 48 hours of invoice being received. All payments are to be made by the ordering party. If payments will be made by a 3rd party, the order will need to be placed under that individuals name/contact information. PICK-UP/DELIVERY All orders will be available for pickup or delivery at 4:30pm or later. If your order is needed prior to that time, it is recommended that the order is requested for the previous date. (Ex; event is at 12pm on 9/1, please request the order for 8/31) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY All orders will come with care instructions attached. Failing to following instructions can result is damage or spoilage of items in which a refund/replacement will not be granted. LIABILITY Baker shall be released of all liability once customer takes possession of their items. Baker will not provide a refund due to any acts of God and or negligence on behalf of the customer. If concern arises regarding the quality of the product and a refund is requested, the customer must notify the baker within a reasonable time frame (24 hours or less) and return product with no more than 25% consumed to be evaluated for a partial refund or credit on a future order. ***ALLERGY WARNING*** All items are produced in a kitchen that contains dairy, wheat (gluten), soy, eggs, cocoa butter, nuts/tree nuts, and selfish (gelatin) and may not be suitable for people with allergies, as cross contamination is possible.
