HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER? While we require that special orders be placed at least 4 days in advance, we highly recommend placing orders at least 3 - 4 weeks in advance for any special order as our schedule does book up. For weddings, we recommend placing your order at least 2 - 3 months in advance of your wedding date. We do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed. CAN I ORDER A CAKE FOR PICK-UP TODAY OR TOMORROW? CAN YOU ONLY PRE-ORDER A CAKE? All desserts are available only through pre-order. Our lead time for all cakes is 1-2 weeks, and cupcakes 3-4 days however, we do not guarantee availability until an order has been confirmed. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER? Please be aware that we manage a set schedule and last minute cancellations cannot always be accommodated due to the amount of planning and work that goes into each order prior to even baking. Cancellations are permitted only when made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Refunds are offered in accordance with your signed agreement. Retainers are not refundable. DO YOU DELIVER? IS THERE A DELIVERY/SET-UP FEE? Delivery is available and reasonably priced according to location. Wedding cake delivery fees include setup. If you would like us to set up your dessert bar, there is an additional set up fee of $50-$100.
