Once submitting a request, you will be contacted within 72 hours to confirm availability and order details. You are officially on the calendar once payment has been issued. Please place your order 2 – 3 weeks in advance, especially around peak times like as holidays and graduations. Pickup is in Bentonville (address to be provided on your invoice) and is usually the Friday before your event. 💰 Pricing. Pricing for custom cookies is generally $50 per dozen, one dozen order minimum. Total cost may vary based on details, metallic accents, etc., but will be confirmed during design consult. Standard cookie size is generally 3” – 4”. 🌈 Flavors. Our signature almond cookie is one of the tastiest out there, but be sure to ask about chocolate, lemon, vanilla almond, and pumpkin spice flavors as well! 🎄 Pre-Sale / Holiday Orders. Most holidays are celebrated with themed pre-orders that can be found under the seasonal shop. Make sure to place your order when you see designs hit social media! ⏰ Last Minute Orders. Orders are typically placed two weeks in advance and calendars can fill up quickly. While not all last minute orders can be accommodated, feel free to ask if we have ability to help celebrate your event. Last minute orders are subject to a rush fee. ♥️ Inspiration. We love helping your celebration come to life! By sharing a description of your colors, style, a copy of your invitation, etc., we can create custom treats just for you. Inspiration photos of what you’re looking for is also helpful. While we will not recreate or “copy” another artist’s design, we can use their work as a basis for what you’re looking for. 💳 Payment. Venmo, credit cards, check, and cash are accepted. Invoices are emailed once availability has been confirmed and payment is due upon receipt. Payment in full secures your date on the calendar. 🍪 Cookie Care. All decorated sugar cookies are individually heat sealed for freshness (unless otherwise requested) and will stay fresh for a minimum of 7 days. Cookies also freeze well. Keep cookies out of sunlight, heat, the refrigerator – and on a cool, dry counter. “Sweating” in packaging can cause deterioration to cookie designs. 🚚 Pickup. As a home bakery, pickup is available at our home in Bentonville near the Community Center. Address details will be provided on your invoice. Delivery is available for a fee - $10 for Bentonville/Rogers/Bella Vista areas, and $20 for Fayetteville, Springdale, or Lowell. 🚢 Shipping. We are able to ship decorated sugar cookies! Rates start at $15 and can go up depending on the size of the order. We package as carefully as we can, but broken cookies are a possibility and non-refundable risk. We ship priority with the USPS but cannot guarantee your order will not be delayed for various reasons. Refunds will not be offered for delayed shipments. 🇺🇸 Food Freedom Act. Our products are made in a home kitchen that has not been subject to standard inspection criteria. The kitchen is NOT nut, gluten, dairy, or egg free and your guests should be notified of this risk. In ordering and consuming our products, you hold us harmless for any allergy reactions.
