Cookie Class Terms & Conditions Dulcius Julia is excited to offer Cookie Classes and share the knowledge of cookie decorating! Please note that due to the handmade nature of all products, the colors, designs and other elements of the cookies may vary slightly from the advertising material (i.e. such as picture of completed set used in social media posts). Participants Due to the structure of class, bystanders and walk-ins are not permitted. Tickets/class sets and materials cannot be shared between multiple people. Each participant much purchase their own ticket. There is no age requirement for Dulcius Julia’s Cookie Classes; however, Dulcius Julia does recommend an age of at least 12 years old and up due to the pacing of class and material covered. Participants of all ages will be welcome but class will continue its pace as normal. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Due to the layout of class, Dulcius Julia does not allow any bystanders or nonpaying guests. Payment All participants must register and place a 50% deposit for a ticket prior to class. Payment is due in full at the beginning of the class. Tickets must be purchased on Dulcius Julia website at https://bakesy.shop/b/dulcius-julia. Transfers Should a registered participant wish to transfer their ticket to someone else, they must notify Dulcius Julia at least one week prior to class date. Dulcius Julia will not refund original registered participant of any monies paid. If any, all monetary transfers must be handled between participants; Dulcius Julia will not handle any money transfers. Cancellation & Refund Policy Should Dulcius Julia need to cancel a class for any reason (class size minimum not met, other unforeseen circumstances), registered participants will be offered a full refund to their original method of payment or a credit for a future cookie class to be used within 1 calendar year from original cancellation email notification. If a registered participant cannot attend the cookie class and notifies Dulcius Julia at least one week prior to class date, the participant can choose between one of the two following options: 1. Dulcius Julia will provide the registered participant a credit to be used toward a future cookie class to be used within 1 calendar year of original cookie class date. 2. The participant can transfer their ticket for someone to attend on in their place. If a registered participant cannot attend the cookie class and notifies Dulcius Julia within one week of class date and/or no shows for the cookie class, the registered participant forfeits all rights to any monies paid. As all materials are prepared specifically for each class, no refunds will be provided. Class materials are prepped prior to the event in a home kitchen. Please inform Dulcius Julia of any allergies and we will do our best to accommodate. Cookies & icing are made in a kitchen that contains peanuts, nuts, soy and other allergens. Cookies contain soy, eggs, dairy, and wheat.
Order cancellations will be accepted at any time but are subject to the following conditions: -If order is cancelled prior to 14 days of pick up/delivery date, a full refund will be offered minus the cost of any materials and supplies already purchased to complete the order. -If order is cancelled within 14 days of pick up/delivery date, no refund will be given. You will be given the opportunity to use any monies paid toward a future order within 1 year of cancellation date. I do not except returns or exchanges but please contact me immediately if you are unhappy with your order. *Rush orders are not eligible for refunds.
All cookie orders will be individually heat sealed for freshness. Cookies will be placed in a window bakery box(es) for easy transport. All cake pop orders will be packaged in a windowed box that includes a cake pop display stand. Cake pops also come individually wrapped by default. If you would like premium packaging (such as individually wrapped cake pops, cookies tied with ribbon, etc.) I am happy to accommodate; however, there will be an added cost dependent on packaging requests. Please make sure to mention your premium packaging request on your inquiry order form to discuss further!
I require at least a two week lead time for each order. There is a 1 dozen order minimum for cookies and a 2 dozen order minimum per flavor for cake pops. If you need an order within two weeks, please still reach out! I still may be able to accommodate the order. However, any order requested within two weeks of pick up/delivery is considered a rush order and will incur a 30% rush fee. Pick up is at my home in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. I will reach out to you the week before your requested due date through the email provided to finalize pickup/delivery details. Delivery is available with an added cost based on delivery location.
