To confirm order requests/dates, a non-refundable 50% minimum payment is required within 24 hours after the invoice is sent. Custom order requests and/or changes that fall within a week from the requested delivery/pickup date are subject to availability and non-refundable payment is due in FULL by 8pm on the day the invoice is sent. Order requests will be cancelled if the retainer is not paid within the aforementioned time frames. A reminder for any remaining balances will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Any requests to change order details within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup/delivery are subject to availability and will incur a $20 convenience charge + the cost of any additional ingredients/labor. Attached inspiration pictures will be used as a reference point, but I do not replicate other cake artist’s exact work. By agreeing to book with me, you are granting me permission to use creative freedom outside of name and age personalizations. PICKUP POLICY: If selected, I will notify the customer with the available pickup times of their selected date. Upon pickup, I will explain how to safely transport the dessert items with a cake care sheet attached to all larger cake/cupcake boxes. Once the items leave my possession or are delivered, I am not liable for any damage that may occur and no refunds will be issued. Without prior re-arrangements, I will grant a 15 minute grace period for scheduled pick up windows—after that grace period, pick ups will then be arranged around my availability. Orders that are not picked up by 6pm of the selected date, without a 24 hour notice of re-arrangement, will be forfeited without a refund. After forfeiting, the item(s) will then be publicly posted for sale. DELIVERY POLICY: If you select delivery, you must include the delivery address and preferred time frame in the “order notes” section. Set up is not included. Delivery fee: $1.15/mile, round trip (plus possible toll fees) CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellations initiated by the customer, the retainer payment can be transferred to a future order if I am given three days’ notice before the scheduled pick up/delivery. Cancellations that occur on behalf of the customer within three days of the scheduled pick up/delivery will not be refunded, nor will the retainer be transferrable. A full refund will be issued if I have to initiate the cancellation.
