1. ORDER REQUESTS & REQUIRED INFORMATION All order requests must include complete and accurate information, including flavor selections, design notes, required servings, and the preferred pickup or delivery timeframe. Dulce De Rosette reserves the right to decline or discontinue order requests that lack the information required to provide an accurate quote or proceed with booking. Order requests that remain incomplete for 24 hours after the initial inquiry or the final follow-up will be automatically voided. No date, time slot, or production capacity will be reserved for incomplete requests, unsubmitted details, or unpaid invoices. Dulce De Rosette is not responsible for delays in order processing resulting from incomplete or delayed client communication. 2. INVOICES, PAYMENTS & ORDER CONFIRMATION An order is not confirmed until Dulce De Rosette issues an invoice and payment is received by the stated deadlines. 2.1 Standard Orders A non-refundable 50% retainer is due within 24 hours of invoice issuance. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the order request. 2.2 Orders Requested Within 7 Days Custom orders placed fewer than seven (7) days before the requested pickup or delivery date are strictly subject to availability. Same-day custom orders will not be accommodated. A minimum of forty-eight (48) hoursâ notice is required for all custom orders. For approved orders within this timeframe, full non-refundable payment is required by 8:00 PM on the day the invoice is issued. Nonpayment by the stated deadline will result in cancellation of the order. 2.3 Remaining Balances A courtesy reminder for any outstanding balance will be sent approximately 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. 2.4 Rebooking After Cancellation If an order is canceled due to incomplete order details or nonpayment by the stated deadline, rebooking requires full payment upfront, regardless of how far in advance the new request is submitted. Rebooking is subject to availability and current pricing. 3. ORDER MODIFICATIONS Modifications to confirmed orders must be submitted as early as possible to ensure accommodation. Requests to modify flavors, design elements, sizes, or other specifications within 72 hours of pickup or delivery are subject to the following conditions: Availability at the discretion of Dulce De Rosette, and A $20 convenience fee, plus any additional ingredient or labor costs associated with the modification. Inspiration images serve as general guidance only. Dulce De Rosette does not copy or replicate another artistâs exact work. By placing an order, the client agrees to the bakerâs creative discretion, with the exception of personalizations such as name and age. 4. PICKUP POLICY Clients selecting pickup will be provided with the available pickup windows for the chosen date. At pickup, clients will receive guidelines for handling and transportation. Care instructions will be attached to applicable items. Once an order is released to the client or their representative, the client assumes full responsibility for its safe transport and condition. No refunds or replacements will be provided for damage occurring after pickup or delivery. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for pickup times, unless prior arrangements are made. After this window, pickup will be rescheduled based on the bakerâs availability. If orders are not claimed by 6:00 PM on the scheduled pickup date, and at least 24 hoursâ prior notice has not been provided for an alternative time, the order will be forfeited without refund. Forfeited items may be made available for public sale. 5. DELIVERY POLICY Clients must provide the complete delivery address and preferred timeframe in the order formâs "Order Notes." Delivery quotes cannot be finalized without a complete and accurate address. Dulce De Rosette reserves the right to decline or delay delivery services if required delivery details are incomplete. Delivery includes transportation only and does not include setup services. For apartment complexes, deliveries will be made to the front entrance, designated delivery area, or leasing/home office. For security, access, and liability reasons, Dulce De Rosette does not deliver directly to individual apartment units. Clients are responsible for retrieving orders from the designated area promptly upon notification of arrival. A delivery fee of $1.15 per mile, round trip, applies, in addition to any applicable toll fees. 6. CANCELLATION POLICY 6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations If the client provides at least three (3) daysâ notice before pickup or delivery, the non-refundable retainer may be transferred to a future order, subject to availability. If cancellation occurs with less than three daysâ notice, the retainer and any additional payments will be forfeited. These payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 6.2 Baker-Initiated Cancellations If Dulce De Rosette cancels an order for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including retainers. The client will be notified as soon as possible, and assistance with alternative arrangements may be offered when feasible. 7. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By submitting an order request, paying an invoice, or engaging Dulce De Rosette for services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated herein. Dulce De Rosette may update these policies at any time to maintain quality, compliance, and efficient operations.
