Semi-special per dozen- $50

Please note: any type of AI generated designs will not be allowed to recreate. A lot of designs generated by AI is difficult and close to impossible to recreate. You can show me what you would like, but please don’t expect me to recreate exactly what you want from the image. You can look through my gallery on my website, as well as my Facebook and Instagram pages to see what my style is. Thank you for understanding.

NON REFUNDABLE deposits due within 48 hours.

Final payment due within the week of scheduled due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If needing to cancel an order please let me know from any time between making your order up to a week BEFORE order is due. I start baking and making icing 3-4 days before order is due depending on size of order, so the sooner you let me know the better so the cookies don’t go to waste, and my time away from my son as well.

IF you wait within the week of the order is being made and processed, I will require a FULL deposit. It covers my time, as well as all the ingredients I have used. (Emergencies and situations that you cannot control is understandable and taken into consideration)

If you do not communicate with me if I message you for ANY information I need regarding your order (ex: payment methods, meet up times, questions with flavors, designs, etc,) within 2 days after messaging, I will take it as you don’t need your order and I WILL conceal your order! So PLEASE communicate with me if you need your order!

I am one person doing all of this by myself with a little bit of help with childcare for my son, so please be considerate and let me know right away.

If there are any reasons that I need to cancel your order. Ex: sick, emergencies; I will let you know and send you back your deposit.

Fees:

I will be including a $10 delivery fee if I need to deliver outside of Valencia County area. Ex: Albuquerque, Socorro, anywhere else further. Unless I am already going to be in said locations.

I will also be including a $10 extra flavor fee for more than 1 flavor. Smaller orders, ex: 1 dozen - no more than 1 flavor. If more than one flavor of cookie is wanted you will have to order AT LEAST 2 dozen.

Making more than 1 flavor a dozen is not preferred as my recipe is set to make at least 12-18 cookies. Splitting the recipe will not guarantee the cookies will be made correctly.

Last minute orders require at LEAST 3-4 days ahead of time, I will NOT make orders over 2 dozen and special designs that take a long time and a lot of detail for last minute orders, considering more than that will take close to a week before. Shapes of cookies will not be promised and will need to be made with what I already have. Lots of cookie cutters with special shapes are usually ordered through Etsy and they take over a week to be delivered.

To which includes a last minute order fee (the week of an order being due) of $15.
