Delivery fees: 🔹Within Copperas Cove: $3 additional fee 🔹Outside Copperas Cove: Fee varies by mileage and ranges from $15–$open

💵 Deposit,Payment, and Refund Policy: Orders under $60 require payment in full to initiate the order. All other orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of your quoted total to begin processing if placed more than 10 days from pick up date. All orders placed under 10 days require payment in full to initiate the order. For larger or custom orders, a higher deposit may be required. • Deposits/Full payments must be paid within 12 hours of receiving payment link. If not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled. • Rush orders (placed 7 days or less before the pickup date) must be paid in full at the time of ordering, and are subject to an additional surcharge. • Please note that all custom orders are created specifically for your event and are therefore final sale and non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, cancellations requested at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date may have the amount paid applied as a credit toward a future order. • For deposits, the remaining balance payment is required 3 days prior to scheduled pick up date. Orders not paid in full by the date deadline given will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 🚔 If you dispute/reverse any payment amount after the order is fulfilled I will file charges for theft of service or deception by fraud under Texas Penal Code section 32 or file a claim in small claims court. ✨ALL corresponding/images/videos/screen shots of corresponding are recorded for all transactions and kept for an unspecified amount of time. 🔻Upon pickup, all risk of loss or damage to the order transfers to the client.
