Created to help cookiers, whether beginner or more advanced, learn how to create properly structured royal icing to alleviate issues like cratering, bleeding, undermixing, and drying issues. For the beginners, we will also go over different consistencies and how to properly lay outline and flood icing, as well as different techniques to achieve different asthetic results.

Created for beginner cookiers, 10 & up, you'll learn all of the basics of royal icing consistencies, piping hand pressure, how to properly lay outline and flood icing, and basic decorating skills.

The class includes everything you'll need to decorate 6 cookies.
