All orders must be finalized by Sunday night to be fulfilled for that week’s bake schedule.
Baking Days are Wednesday through Friday, and pick up times are confirmed once your order is ready.

If you’d like treats for the upcoming weekend, please make sure your order is finalized and paid by Sunday evening so it can be included in the week’s prep and bake schedule.
When do I pay for my order?
All orders – with the exception of custom cakes – must be paid in full before baking begins. Custom cakes may require a deposit or full prepayment depending on design complexity and materials.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared fresh during bake days (Wednesday-Friday).
• Donuts: Must be picked up the same day they’re made for freshness.
• All other treats: Available for pickup Wednesday-Friday unless confirmed different day.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, all orders are pickup only until further notice.
Pick up details will be shared when your order is ready.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. Custom or themed orders (cakes, cupcakes, or specialty treats) are welcomed – please message me directly to discuss your design, colors, and event details.
Note: Extra time and an upcharge may apply depending on decoration or theme complexity.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Because each order is made fresh and planned in advance, cancellations after Sunday night may not be refunded.
If you need to change your pickup date, please contact me as soon as possible – I’ll always do my best to accommodate.
