📦 Pre-Order Policy

At Dough, YO! Sweets & Treats, all items are made fresh to order. Please review our preorder policy before placing an order.

🗓 Ordering Window

• Our calendar opens 3 months in advance.

All pre-orders require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.

• Last-minute orders may be accepted subject to availability and must be requested by emailing 📧 sweet-treats@doughyo.com

💳 Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your date and order.

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to advance planning, ingredient purchasing and scheduling, refunds may be requested within 3 days of order placement. Please submit request for all refunds to 📧 sweet-treats@doughyo.com

• After 3 days, all sales are final and no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

🔄 Changes

• Order changes may be made up to 7 days prior to delivery. Changes requested less than 7 days before delivery cannot be accommodated.

⏰ Fulfillment

• Customers are responsible in choosing their delivery time & being available during the time of pick up.

• Once your order has been successfully dropped off at the agreed location, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen items after drop-off.

📩 Communication

• Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

• Any updates or important information regarding your order will be communicated via email or text message.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to this policy.

✨ Catering Policy

To reserve your date, all catering orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days prior to the delivery date.

Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.

⚠️ Catering Cancellations

• 10 or more days prior to delivery: Eligible for a full refund

• 1-10 days prior to delivery: No refund available, as production and preparation have already begun

• No-shows: No refunds will be issued

All items are baked fresh to order and cannot be resold.

📦 Shipping Policy

Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Seasonal factors (such as weather or holidays) may impact shipping times.
