I’m Taylor—the baker, starter-feeder, dough-slapper, and sprinkle-slinger behind this little homegrown sourdough bakery.

What began as a small hobby quickly turned into a full-on love affair with wild fermentation, crusty loaves, and creative flavors. From gooey s’mores sourdough and cheddar-jalapeño spice bombs, to soft cinnamon swirl rolls and cream cheese chocolate chip cookies, I’m all about bold bakes with personality.

Every item is handcrafted in small batches right from my home kitchen—fermented slowly, baked with love, and delivered fresh to your hands (and hopefully straight to your taste buds).
