Hi! My name is Jo. I’m a full-time registered nurse who stumbled into the world of sourdough baking as a hobby and quickly fell in love with the process. What began as a simple curiosity has turned into a passionate journey of experimenting, learning, and creating hand-crafted sourdough treats.
Every item I make is sourdough-based and takes a minimum of two days to complete. From start to finish, each bake is a labor of love, and I truly appreciate your respect for the time and care put into these small-batch creations.

The Bread Shed 🥖✨
On non-market Sundays, the Bread Shed will be open for weekly pre-orders and limited items on 1st come, 1st served basis until sellout. Sourdough bakes will be available in between markets day! Place your pre-orders now 😁 Open Sundays from 12p-dark. Porch Pick Orders available on Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings. Please wait for confirmation of pick up times.
