About
Hi, I’m Jo, the baker behind Dough Mami.
I’m a full-time nurse, mom, and sourdough baker based in Las Vegas. Dough Mami started when I wanted to help my diabetic mom enjoy bread again, and it quickly became a passion for creating long-fermented sourdough and handcrafted treats.
Everything is made in small batches from my licensed home bakery using quality ingredients and plenty of care. What began as baking for family and friends has grown into sharing fresh bread with our local community.

On non-market Sundays, the Bread Shed will be open for weekly pre-orders and limited items on 1st come, 1st served basis until sellout. Sourdough bakes will be available in between markets day! Place your pre-orders now 😁 Open Sundays from 2p-dark.
