All of our breads are made with organic red wheat unbleached flour, sea salt, and filtered water. Some inclusions, such as nuts and fruits, may not be organic. We choose organic flour because it contains no additives or anti-caking agents, bromate or enzymes ensuring a cleaner, more natural product.
