How do I store my Boucake after pickup/delivery?
Boucakes are packaged and frozen immediately after creation. This is the absolute best way to maintain peak freshness. If you’re intending on serving the cupcakes within 1-2 days after pickup/delivery, leave in a cool, dry place away from the sun and heat until ready to eat.
If you need to store them for longer than 2 days, place the entire box in the freezer where they can stay for up to 3 months. Place box in a cool, dry place away from the sun and heat and let thaw for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
If storing leftovers, place remaining cupcakes in an airtight container on the counter for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
