For now, I am using a platform called HotPlate to manage weekly ordering. It works by reminding each club member via text message every Sunday that we are ready for orders. Ordering will be open from Sunday-Wednesday, and will close Wednesday evening. Pickup times depend on location and can be specified at time of ordering.
