This is Mariah, friendly local dizzy ginger and your baker. This adventure begins out of necessity but is rooted in a passion and excitement about what I can create with MY hands, in MY time and on My terms. Chronic illness cannot take away what I can still do.
Cookies and crafts have always made me happy. I hope creating, baking and selling them on my good days makes my future clients happy too. My goal is to create a feeling of Mom’s kitchen through these sights and smells and tastes. Let me bake for you.
Capabilities & Pricing
Cookies Small batch and made with love available at my farm stand or by special order.
Handmade crafts available at my farm stand when they are ready.
I accept Venmo and cash at my farm stand and credit card on the Bakesy app/ invoice.
Large orders will require some lead time to prepare.
Chronic Illness
This adventure was born out of a need for me to be able to control some little bits of my days and weeks. I’ve been living with chronic vestibular illness, chronic migraine. Think vertigo, lightheadedness, unsteadyness, balance issues, pain, vision issues, stomach issues, typical migraine symptoms. Some weeks I spend days in bed and others I am more of less functional. I’m hoping that baking, creating and homesteading will help me to be more satisfied on my good days and more hopeful on my bad days.
