Sugar Cookies (Decorated):
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Keep sealed in provided packaging until ready to serve.
• Do not refrigerate – it can cause colors to run.
• Best enjoyed within 2 weeks.
Chocolate Covered Treats (Strawberries, Pretzels, Oreos, etc.):
• Keep refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving.
• Consume within 2–3 days for best taste and texture.
• Avoid direct sunlight or heat.
Cake Pops & Cakesicles:
• Store in a cool place or refrigerator.
• Let sit at room temperature 20–30 minutes before eating.
• Best enjoyed within 3–5 days.

1. How far in advance should I place my treat order?
We recommend placing your treat order at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For larger events or custom decor, 3 weekd or more is ideal. Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will include a rush fee.
2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. For events the remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before the event.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 12 days or less of your event date, no refunds will be issued. If Divine Kreations must cancel, a full refund will be provided.
4. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee, based on distance. Please include your delivery address when inquiring so we can quote accurately.
5. Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely! Pickup is available by appointment only at a designated location. Details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
6. What if I have allergies?
Our treats are made in a kitchen that may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please let us know of any allergies, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Full payment must be received when placing treat orders. For events, 50% deposit is due when booking.
8. Can I customize the colors or theme of my treats or decorations?
Yes! All orders are fully customizable. Be sure to include your theme, colors, and any inspiration photos when placing your order.
9. What happens if I’m late for pickup or delivery?
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, a late pickup/delivery fee may be charged or your order may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability. I am flexible, please communicate any changes.
10. Do you rent out decor or setups like backdrops and chairs?
Yes! We offer party rentals including backdrops, table setups, and TeePee party packages. Rentals must be returned in good condition or replacement fees will apply.
