Placing Order!📝

Orders must be placed 3 days in advance. Any orders needed less than 72 hours notice are not accepted.

Note: The balance is due by 5pm the date indicated on the invoice, or the following the next day at 5pm if invoice is submitted after 5pm the current date of the invoice is sent.

Order adjustments:

Orders may not be changed once it’s 48 hours before pick up date and time. This includes:

-Images

-Colors

-Flavor of cake

Cake Care🎂: Once the cake is out of my possession after delivery or pick up, the care of the cake is now designated to customer’s responsibility and relinquished from me.

Delivery🚗

The starting price for delivery is $10 (within 30 minutes of a drive). Once after it’s $10 per hour to and from destination.

Example: Baton Rouge to New Orleans is $20. (1hr there and 1hr back)

❌Cancellations:

If order is cancelled with less than 48 hours window to the date of pick up/delivery, 50% of the total is refunded. This is to cover my cost of supplies/ingredients used for the order.

For late⏰

I have a window of 20 minutes to pick up once over your charged $20 for late. Text or email me what the new pick up time you have an available and I’ll have to check my availability to confirm a new time.

Note: This is enforced if it’s not been communicated to me that you’re needing to reschedule before 20 minutes window closes.
