When booking is there a deposit?
The non refundable deposit is typically 50% of the order when the minimum of $100 is met, if the order is less than $100, then payment must be made in full.
If I need to make a change to my order how much time do I have?
All changes must be made within 7 days of event date to avoid any additional fees.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better , if you are booking more than 6months out the deposit structure is set up a little differently, less down , more time to pay before your event date. So again the earlier the better , and we offer a 10% discount to customers who pay in full at the time of booking.
