Deposits are non-refundable but they can be used towards a future order or other items, cancellations must be done 7 days in advance.
Order pick ups
As the customer you are responsible for ensuring your order is picked up in a timely manner. I do not deliver unless previously discussed so please do not expect me to be able to deliver on pick up day. As a small business I do everything on my own and can’t drop everything last minute to accommodate deliveries.
Final payment due 24 hours prior to pick up date.
Automatic Cancellation Due to Non-Payment: The final balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, as stated on the invoice. Orders with an outstanding balance after this deadline will be automatically canceled.
