All orders are non-refundable, especially once product has been made. I will allow you to transfer deposits for another order/day ONCE.

• Refunds will only be considered if at least 90% of the product is returned within 2 hours of pickup.

• I am not responsible for the product once it leaves my possession.

Effective August 1st, 2025:

• All deposits will be due at the time of inquiring. If not sent within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and you’ll have to place a new one.

•All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits serve as a retainer fee and will be applied toward the total balance of your order.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the day before pickup.

No exceptions. This ensures I can properly schedule and prepare for your order.

I’ll also be more firm with my pickup and late fee policies moving forward. This is not personal — it’s simply a necessary step to make sure my time is respected and my business runs smoothly. I truly appreciate those who honor their pickup times and follow the guidelines.

Delivery is available for an additional $10.

You will receive updates when:

Your order is ready.

I am leaving for delivery.

I am close to your location.

I have arrived. For safety reasons, I do not go to the door—please come outside.

Please pick up your order within 5 minutes of my arrival. After that, I will leave, and you will need to pick it up.

If you are unable to pick up your order, it will be canceled without a refund.

I often have multiple deliveries, so please respect my time and other customers' orders. If you anticipate a delay, let me know in advance.

Payments

I do not carry cash or provide change. Please bring exact payment.

Order Timing

All orders begin processing at 10 AM.

I will not respond to messages after 6 PM.

Large orders (more than 2 dozen items) must be placed at least one week in advance.
