Do you offer Allergy- friendly items?
Dime A Dozen Bakery is not a nut free nor gluten-free facility while nuts/tree, nuts, and gluten may not be a key ingredient in everyone of our menu item. All our menu items are produced in the same kitchen we produce containing allergens are created through best practice are usually in the preparation of our Menu items we will not accept responsibility for any reaction you may have with product from our bakery. 
Should I refrigerator my baked good?
Try to eat your baked good as soon as possible they’ll taste freshest that way if you want to store your fresh baked goods any of your dessert that you purchased with dime A Dozen Bakery we highly recommend that you sell them in a Ziploc bag or a plastic container with tight seal. They can last out on the counter. I recommend one or two days and in the refrigerator they can last. A week if placed in the freezer, they can stay fresh for up to three months long as they are in a tight seller

Dime A Dozen Bakery, we do not ship products at this time. We are a micro home kitchen small bakery under the Food Cottage law we do not ship face to face pick up only.

Do I have to pre-order my dessert or do you take walk-in orders?
Dime A Dozen Bakery
We only take pre-orders to ensure you get exactly what you want. We are a micro Bakery working out of my home so my storefront is my website. We do not do pop-ups only take orders on our website or online. That way we can get your order correct easy and quick. 
How do I pre-order my dessert? Is payment required upfront or at the time of pick up
Pre-orders are accepted on our website. Please check our calendar for available due to high volume of orders so we can make sure we guarantee that your spot is booked by you clicking on the date in our calendar that is available. You will pre-order on our website make your purchase And pay for orders over $100 we do 50% down payment and the rest payment will be two weeks before pick up date 
I forgot to pick up my dessert order yesterday! Can I still pick it up today?
Please reach out to Dime A Dozen Bakery to discuss arrange option for pick up for that date thank you 
Can I cancel my order with my down payment?
Dime A Dozen Bakery when canceling your order, we highly recommend a two week notice on cancellation with cancellation. Please allow 30 days for return on your bank card, you will lose your deposit fee. The deposit fee is not refundable that funding was deposit to secure your spot so the deposit of 50% down will not be refunded. Thank you. So be sure when placing your order

Can I change or request a change after it has been placed?
At Dime A Dozen Bakery When placed your order purchase and paid our policy states 24 hours to change your order if order is not changed within the 24 hours and you call the day after we cannot change your order please contact Dime A Dozen Bakery
