DILICIOUS TREATS — Thanksgiving 2026 Preorder Policies
1. Preorder Availability
Thanksgiving preorders are available November 1–15, 2026, or until quantities sell out.
Quantities are limited. Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your Thanksgiving preorder.
Orders are not reserved or confirmed without successful payment. Payment plans and deposits are not available for Thanksgiving preorders.
3. Products & Customizations
All Thanksgiving items are prepared according to the advertised holiday menu.
No flavor substitutions, ingredient modifications, custom decorations, or special design requests will be accepted.
Please review your selections and quantities carefully before completing checkout.
4. Pickup Information
Thanksgiving orders are available for pickup ONLY on:
* Tuesday, November 24, 2026
* Wednesday, November 25, 2026
Pickup hours are 5:00–6:30 PM.
Pickup will take place at River City Marketplace in Jacksonville, Florida. Exact meeting instructions will be provided with your confirmed order.
Customers must arrive during their selected 15-minute pickup window.
If you anticipate being late, please contact DILICIOUS TREATS as soon as possible. Alternative pickup arrangements are not guaranteed.
Delivery and shipping are not available for these Thanksgiving desserts.
5. Cancellations & Refunds — Proposed
Due to the limited availability and made-to-order nature of Thanksgiving products, all preorder payments are final.
Customer cancellations, refunds, and order changes will not be accepted after payment.
If DILICIOUS TREATS is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a refund for the affected items.
6. Food Allergies
All products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat/gluten, nuts, and other common allergens.
DILICIOUS TREATS is not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur.
Please review all product ingredients and allergen information before ordering.
7. Transportation & Storage
Cheesecakes and banana pudding are perishable and must be refrigerated promptly after pickup.
Please transport your desserts carefully in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Once an order has been collected, the customer is responsible for proper transportation, handling, and refrigeration.
DILICIOUS TREATS is not responsible for damage or deterioration resulting from improper handling or storage after pickup.
By completing your preorder, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
