1. Orders & Payments All orders must be confirmed with a deposit (usually 50%) to secure your booking. Full payment is required before or at the time of pickup/delivery. 2. Custom Orders Please provide clear details for custom cakes (design, flavor, size, theme). We will do our best to match your request, but slight variations may occur. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 3–5 days in advance may receive partial credit at our discretion. 4. Changes to Orders Changes must be requested at least 3 days before the pickup/delivery date. Last-minute changes may not be possible. 5. Pickup & Delivery Customers are responsible for checking the order at pickup. Once the cake leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damage. Delivery fees may apply. 6. Allergies & Ingredients Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please inform us of but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 7. Storage & Care Cakes should be stored properly (usually refrigerated) and consumed within the recommended time for best quality. 8. Design Rights We may use photos of our cakes for marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise. 9.
