As a Texas cottage food baker, I must abide by Texas law rules, no exceptions. To pick up order, you can pay online and it will be placed outside for porch pick up or if you pay cash, I will need to hand off the baked goods. No minimum purchase required. To deliver, I will charge a flat $10 delivery fee for the first 10 miles plus $1 for every additional mile and I will need to hand off the baked goods to you to ensure safe delivery. A minimum $30 purchase is required for delivery. To ship to your choice of location, Texas law states “if the transaction is made in person (rather than through the internet or by mail order), it is reasonable to use delivery options such as shipping” but must not be shipped over Texas lines. If you/family/friend place the order with me in person, I can ship out items. Shipping rates are subject to change depending on weight.
