•For individually wrapped treats a fee of $5 PER dozen will be added to your final total
• Order requests placed without a 1 week notice may be subject to a $40 last minute fee .You will be made aware rather or not the fee applies upon booking .
•all remaining balances must be paid in CASH upon pickup/delivery NO EXCEPTIONS

‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️ •All orders that total to $50 or more require a deposit of half down to book All orders under the amount of $50 MUST be paid in full to book. •Desserts By Marti does NOT reserve dates without a deposit.If we inform you that we have a date open this does not mean you are booked . You are NOT locked in until we receive a deposit. •All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after 24hours. •All orders require pickup unless otherwise is confirmed. •Once an order is picked up and approved upon pickup we are not responsible for any issues or damages unless there is an issue with flavor or spelling of a name or phrase .This means desserts by marti is not responsible for dropped cakes , melting cakes,or any other issues found that are not acknowledged upon pick up. •Please be aware of your pickup time . There is a 15 minute grace period for all pickups ,after this time you will be required to schedule another pickup time . •Failure to pickup or comply with drop off on your specified date will result in forfeit of your deposit.
