Designer Cakes by Karissa knocked it out of the park with this! It was so cool, several people thought it was just part of the decor til it was time to cut it 😂 And not only that, it tasted Amazing!!

This 10-inch, three-layer butter cake was sooo good! Super moist, with the perfect lemon blueberry filling. The cream cheese icing was smooth and tied everything together perfectly. Definitely a cake I’d order again!

We could not have loved our groom’s “ZYN” cake more! The attention to detail was unreal! The design was spot-on, clean, and looked exactly like the real thing. Guests were cracking up when they realized it was a cake, and it was such a hit at the reception. Not only did it look amazing, but it tasted incredible too. Perfect balance of creativity, execution, and flavor. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a unique, memorable groom’s cake!!!

Karissa baked cookies for our son’s college football signing event. She designed, baked and decorated cookies to resemble a football and jersey theme. The colors were amazing and resembled the school logo. They were amazing and delicious! Thank you!❤️

Karissa is an absolute delight to work with and consistently delivers outstanding results. She has created cakes for my son’s first birthday, a baby shower, Iron Bowl events, and even made a gluten-free option for some ladies at my church. I have used her for every event I have! Each cake has been delicious! I’ve never tasted strawberry cake as good as hers, and her vanilla cake is simply unbeatable. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Omg, where do I start. The cake first and for most was beautiful. I have her three examples of ideas we liked and she ran with those and created her own design. It was perfect. Edible photos on the sides, cocoa powder buttercream to make it black instead of dye. And then the cake! Chefs kiss! It was perfect.

Let me start by saying I’m NOT a cake or pastry person. They never “wow” me. I asked Karissa to make a Veteran’s Day cake for me to take to work for a small ceremony. She gave me several options to choose from, depending on my budget. I picked the cake up today and I can’t say enough good things about it. Not only was it even better than the picture we had decided on but the taste….I can’t find the right words to do it justice. It was absolutely the most delicious cake I’ve EVER had. It tasted homemade and did not have the same ‘ol regular, bland taste that most store bought or bakery cakes have. It was amazing. I had several people ask where I got it because they noticed the difference too. Karissa is my new go-to cake person and I highly recommend her. No doubt you’ll be impressed just as I was.

These cakes are delicious not to leave aside how pretty and aesthetic they are. My cake was a marble with Nutella filling. The cake wasn’t soggy but it also wasn’t dry, it was just right. I got a lot of compliments on it, on how it tasted and how beautiful it was.

Highly recommended! I will never use anyone else for cakes or cookies. Also makes the best gluten free cakes I’ve ever tasted!

She bakes the best cakes and always takes your ideas and makes the best creations. Can show her a picture and she does an even better job than the picture. Reasonable with prices. My favorite hobby is seeking out new places to try my favorite dessert, CAKE! I have tried most of the bakeries from Mobile, AL to Fort Walton Beach, FL. I have only ever recommended two or three of those places to anyone else, and Designer Cakes by Karissa is one of them. Her cakes are top notch! She delivers a quality product that is moist and delicious. Her homemade frostings are amazing. She gives the perfect ratio of cake to frosting, unlike some places where you get one bite of cake and 10 bites of frosting. With Designer Cakes by Karissa, you will get a product that is not just beautiful, but that also taste amazing!
