Terms • Your initial deposit reserves your cake or event date and is non-refundable. • We most receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. • Changes to your cake (product) sizes, flavors, colors, etc. will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to event date. Any changes requested after this date can not be guaranteed and maybe subject to additional charges. • Cake Variations: All cakes are custom made and no two cakes will ever be exactly the same. Delicias by G, Llc reserves the right to make any changes to the final cake. The cake order form is a guideline for colors, design, flavors, and decorations but DOES NOT guarantee the final product. • We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Optimal room temperature is 75 degrees or below. • If you or you representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once is pick it up. • Topping cake with ornament that are to heavy or not secured properly may cause damages to your cake. If any party, other than us, adds to a cake, we are not responsible for the damage to the ornament or to the cake. • We will photograph our products and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. • Faux cakes: We will refund a 10% of the cost of the faux cake when you return back the piece of styrofoam within 7 days after event. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests to this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reaction. GUARANTEE: Delicias by G, Llc promises you the best product and service we can provide. It’s always our goal to exceed your expectations and truly believe a referral is the best compliment. It is your responsibility to inspect the cake upon delivery and contact us with any concerns immediately.

In the event of cancellation, deposit wil not be refunded. Any other payments for cakes or any other products cancelled after due date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to affect your schedule event date, please contact us to discuss options.
