Hi, I’m Emille — the heart and hands behind Delícia Bakery Co. . What started as a love for baking in my kitchen has grown into a passion for sharing comfort and joy through simple, delicious cakes made with care.
All cakes are made to order, from scratch and using high quality ingredients. They are available for pick-up in Downtown Oceanside, CA. Whether you're celebrating something special or just craving a slice of something sweet, I’m here to make sure it tastes like home.

Important Information
Our cakes are exclusive and handcrafted, made without preservatives and using high-quality ingredients. We do not replicate cake designs. You are welcome to send reference images for the decoration you want, and we will create a unique design in our style. Allergy Disclaimer We are not a allergen free facility. If you have allergies, please proceed with caution or contact us for more information.
Payment
To confirm your order, we require a 50% advance payment of the quoted price (or the total amount). Remaining balance must be paid off before pick up/delivery. For Classic Cakes and Bundt Cakes full payment is required.
Cancelations and Refunds
Refund of the amount already paid will be made if the cancellation is done 10 days before the scheduled date. A 50% refund of the total order amount will be given if the cancellation is made 3 days before the scheduled date. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date, no refund will be given.
