Private 1-on-1 Buttercream Piping Technique Class

One on One personalized piping class starting at $50 an hour In class we •Use laminated piping forms to practice different techniques and styles •Practice our form and hand and arm movement • practice techniques on a dummy mini cake (or real mini cake for additional cost) •Eat whatever we don’t use! Student is provided- •Buttercream •Piping bags •Piping tips •all tools •apron All items belonging to the baker will be returned at the end of the class. Student will keep •piping forms for additional practice •mini dummy cake •extra buttercream If additional persons will be participating, additional fee will be applied before class begins. Times for classes will be scheduled from 7pm-8pm. Please do not be late as there will be only one hour reserved for your class and we will end promptly at 8pm. Cancelations before 48 hours will result in loss of course and finances. No deposit will be returned, or up to full payment of class. Later than 15 minutes to course may result in cancellation of class or missed lessons.

Custom Cake

Basic 4” cake to 10” ranging from $50-$200 +. Please see description to help choose the right size cake for your event. Fill in all the necessary information to avoid delaying reply. Necessary information needed: Amount of people feeding Flavor of cake per tier-cakes may be died for coloring or flavoring may be added to adjust for unique flavors. This may not be available for all orders so please place your inquiry and we will get back to you. Flavor of Icing between each tier -American buttercream is used for all orders but can be mixed to create different flavoring. Not all flavors are available please place your request to inquire if we can create your specific flavor. Additional Fillings - Fillings are between each layer. These may include fruit, regular buttercream, buttercream, mixed with flavoring, etc.. Date of event Picking up or requesting delivery

Student is provided- •Buttercream •5” cake (vanilla or chocolate) •All tools •Apron *Table and chairs provided on request All items belonging to the baker will be returned at the end of the class. Student will keep •piping forms for additional practice •mini decorated cake If additional persons will be participating, additional fee will be applied before class begins

Private Small Group Cake Decorating Class

In the comfort of your own home, you can be the host of the year with your own private small group cake decorating class for up to 4 people. Cost is $75/per person Times for classes will be scheduled btw 6:30pm-9pm for a two and a half hour course **if time adjustments need to be made please place in additional notes You choose Cake Flavor: Vanilla Chocolate Funfetti Buttercream flavor: Vanilla Chocolate Funfetti (vanilla with sprinkles or chocolate with sprinkles-please provide in note) Flavors offered are one per person.
