**Please read before placing an order** • Retainer fee is due within 48 hours to secure order and will be canceled at 48 hours if unpaid • Retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE; this fee is used to block and secure your order date • Final balance is due 4 days prior to pick up date, not at pick up • All pickups are at current designated pickup location only and will be indicated on invoice- delivery unavailable • Custom items require extra fee and cannot be changed once started • All orders under $50 must be paid IN FULL to book •Any orders for pickup 1 week or less require payment IN FULL at booking and will incur a $25 rush fee • We do not accept ebt/food stamps or checks as a form of payment • Please review/inspect your order at pickup; we are not liable for any damages to order after pickup • A late pickup fee of $10 will be added if order is not picked up within 15 minutes of agreed upon pickup time • We do not offer discounts, as the costs of products and materials have increased ***Orders not picked after 2 days will be discarded and no refunds will be issued. 2 reach out attempts will be made. ***The above serves as the Contract for Delectable Sweet Treats***

**Please advise of any allergies when placing an order. Some items require the use of peanuts and/or peanut oil. We use buttercream icing and do not offer whipped icing or fully fondant covered cakes. Please refer to cake care instructions: •Cake must be placed on the floor of the vehicle during transport, not in a seat or anyone’s lap •AC must be kept on during transport as buttercream WILL melt •Cake needs to be refrigerated until an hour before serving *We are not liable for any damage to cake during transport-thus no refunds will be issued* **We do not accept orders via phone, text or DM
