How early should I contact you to start planning my event?
Ideally, we recommend reaching out at least 1/3 months prior for birthdays and similar celebrations 6months/year + for weddings. THE SOONER THE BETTER
This timeframe allows us to secure the best venues and vendors, and to plan each detail meticulously. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on the complexity and scale of your event.
Can you work with my specific budget?
Absolutely! We believe every event can be beautiful, regardless of budget. During our initial consultation we will discuss your budget and offer services to match, ensuring we deliver the best possible experience within your financial perimeters.
How are payments handled?
We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure our services, followed by payment of remaining balance prior to your event. All payment details are outlined clearly in our contract.
Do you provide event insurance?
While we don’t provide insurance ourselves, we highly recommend purchasing it for your event. Event insurance covers various aspects, from cancellations to liabilities, and we can guide you on how to obtain it.
