If you would like to change the design, you must do so 10 days before your order is due. Please let us know in advance if you need to make changes or a change of date or cancellation.
When should I book my order.
We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date. However we ask everyone to book 2 weeks in advance availability is first come first severed .
How do I keep my purchases from melting ?
We advise everyone that after pick up or delivery that the cake or treats are to be placed inside of the fridge until it is time for the items to be served.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan items?
Debbieskakez doesn't offer any gluten free or vegan treats.
What happens if i am late or forget to pickup my order?
Please make sure to pickup close to the time you have selected there is a $15 late fee for orders not picked up on time, we do not always have the availability to wait for you to pick up you're order. We do not offer refunds for orders that are not picked up. Questions? call or text 346-288-6972
What if I'm unhappy with my order?
Please text us same, or the next day
while we do not offer refunds for our custom orders. If we made a mistake or something is not right we will do the best we can to make the situation right. We will only make accommodations 48 hours after the cake is picked up.
What is the point of paying a deposit?
The deposit is the secure booking date & the payment also go towards your full payment. Without a deposit being placed your spot isn't secured it is first come first served.
What if I need to place an order less than 2 weeks in advance?
If you shall need to place an order less than 2 weeks in advance you will be charged a $65 Rush fee. Also we may not be available to accept the order due to having a pretty tight schedule. So please try your best to book in advance.
