I take pride in making sure your treats arrive fresh, secure, and just as delicious as when they left my kitchen. To ensure the best experience, I only ship orders on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

When Will Your Order Ship?

• Orders are shipped on Wednesdays & Thursdays

ONLY.

Orders placed after 5 PM on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

Please refrain from counting weekends as business days, as shipping carriers do not process or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. This helps ensure that your treats don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.

Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

How I Keep Your Cookies Fresh During Shipping

Each cookie is carefully wrapped in a self-adhesive bag and then double-wrapped for maximum freshness and protection.

Cookies are packaged to maintain their soft, bakery-style texture so they arrive just as fresh as when they were made.

For the best experience, warm them up before eating to bring them back to that fresh-from-the-oven

Your order is fully insured. This means that if your package is lost or damaged during transit, I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please report any shipping issues within 24 hours of delivery to ensure a smooth claims process.

• I am available Tuesday through Saturday from 10

AM to 6 PM CST.

• You are welcome to place orders seven days a week, but if you have any questions or need assistance, I will respond during business hours.

• If you message me after 6 PM from Tuesday

through Saturday, I will respond the following business day.

• If you reach out on Sunday or Monday (or outside of business hours), I will respond on the next business day.
