A 50% deposit is required to secure your date! It is nonrefundable within a 2 week window (14 days) of your pickup date.
Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
The remaining balance is due the day before pickup.
How far in advanced should I order?ποΈ
I recommend placing your order at least 1β2 weeks in advance, however itβs never too early!
Orders within 7 days are considered rush orders and include an additional fee based on availability.
Is there a minimum to order?π€
NO! I do not require a minimum to order with me, however my orders are typically at least $75+!
Do you offer custom designs?βοΈ
YES! All of my desserts are customizable to match your theme, colors, and event. Or, we can go off inspiration photos!
Final pricing will vary based on design, detail, and size.
Should I order a package or individual items?β¨
If youβre ordering for a party, group, or event, I highly recommend one of my packages!
They are designed for the best value and easiest ordering experience.
Can I modify a package?π«£
No! Packages are set pricing and cannot be reduced.
Additional items may be added based on availability, and fully custom packages can be created!
Where are you located & how does pickup work?π
Pickup is located in Ragley, Louisiana.
The exact address will be provided after booking!
Each order has a designated pickup date/time frame that is discussed and planned when ordering. Typically customers let me know when they are on their way, then once to my gate, they text or call me and I bring orders out β directly to you! Delivery options are available as well for a charge.
Do you accommodate allergies?π₯
All items are made in a home kitchen under Louisiana Cottage Food Law and may come into contact with common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts β HOWEVER, with allergies myself, I do my best to avoid that and absolutely accommodate allergies.
Can I send inspiration photos?πΈ
Absolutely! Inspiration photos are always welcome and encouraged. Please note all designs are custom interpretations and not exact replicas, but I will get as close to whatever you may want, as I possibly can!
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?π«
Cancellations are available with refund up until 2 weeks, or 14 days, from your needed fufillment date.
Cancelations within the 2 week window may be rescheduled or credited, but refund will not be available.
If something comes up, please let me know asap and I will do my best o work with you!
I do not offer any refunds on finished products, however I will roll to in-store credits for future orders
