These Terms & Conditions serve as the contract between "you," the customer, and Dazlynn Flour, LLC.
Allergy Disclaimer:
Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of the risks and hold us harmless to allergic reactions that may occur.
Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event date(s). By paying the deposit, the customer is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If a deposit is not received at least five (5) days prior to the event date, the order will incur a rush fee OR result in cancellation due to a change in availability. All dates will remain open until a deposit is received.
Rush order:
Any order received with less than five (5) days' notice will incur a rush fee. This includes deposits received less than five (5) days prior to the event date.
Balance:
The remaining balance is due prior to pick-up/delivery.
Delivery:
Delivery fees apply and will be determined based on mileage. In order to provide exceptional delivery service for all our customers to experience, please provide a 2-hour delivery window when submitting an order.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation, refund, or store credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to dazlynn.flour@gmail.com.
A request to cancel five (5) or more days from the event date will receive a refund, minus the initial deposit. No refunds will be issued, under any circumstances, for cancellation requests with less than five (5) days' notice.

Design Disclaimer
Designs are subject to slight modifications. You will be notified immediately, if a specific design cannot be made.
Do you offer any specials?
Yes, during most holidays, we offer treat boxes at a special rate listed on our website, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
Flash sales and discounts are only shared on our website, Instagram, and Facebook stories, so check our pages daily.
Do you provide shipping?
Unfortunately no, we do not ship any of our treats at this time.
How much are custom cookies?
Prices vary based on design, size, and complexity. A general price list is available on our home page.
How will I know my order is ready for pick-up?
Once the balance is paid-in-full, a message with specific pick-up instructions will be sent using the preferred method of contact listed on the order form.

Class Allergens disclaimer:
Cookies are prepared in a kitchen that also bakes with common known allergies, including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, treenuts, wheat, and soy. Please consider your allergies before registering for class.
Class Payment:
Full payment is required in advance. All participants must be accounted for and paid for at least 10 days before the start date.
Class locations available by host: Due to limited space, we recommend booking two months in advance to ensure availability.

Alternatively, we can come to an event space of your choice, but travel fees may apply.
Class Cancellation Policy:
Classes with attendance below five will be canceled. A credit will be provided for a future class.
If you need to cancel, please provide written notice via email at dazlynn.flour@gmail.com at least 7 days prior to the event date to receive credit for a future class.
In the unlikely event that the class is canceled by the host, you will receive a full refund and our sincere apologies.

We accept Credit cards*, Cash App, Venmo, and Cash.*
*Cash will only be accepted to satisfy the final balance and will NOT be accepted for deposits.
*Credit card payments are handled through Stripe, a secured payment system.
